Shipping policy

 SHIPPING

We offer free worldwide shipping. All US purchases are mailed through UPS Ground unless expedited shipping is requested. Packages will be insured in case of loss or damage. Orders are typically fulfilled within two business days. UPS Overnight and Second Day Air orders received prior to 3:00 P.M (EST) are typically fulfilled the same day. All orders received after the given time will be handled within the following business day.

PACKAGE PROTECTION 

Package protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that protects your order in transit. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged on its way to you, submit a claim through our Claims Portal and, once approved, we'll send a same-item replacement at no extra cost. 

Please note: Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts. Coverage cannot be added to an order after the order has been placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free worldwide international shipping. All orders placed outside the U.S are shipped via DHL Express with an average transit time of 2 to 5 business days. Since each country has its own customs office, we are not responsible for delays caused by their handling time. Any Duties and VAT fees associated with the shipment will be covered.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email that includes tracking information and the expected delivery date.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Order processing times for prescriptions vary. Shipping timelines start once your prescription is completed at our lab.
