HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE FRAME WILL LOOK GOOD ON ME?
That’s what we are here for! Reach out via email at info@johannwolff.com and we will gladly assist via a call or text for a quick and easy process. Sending a photo of yourself with and without your current sunglasses/eyeglasses is always a good idea. Not to brag but we are pretty good at choosing for our clients.
HAVE YOU SHIPPED MY ORDER? IF SO, WHERE IS IT?
All orders will ship within 1 business day. Tracking is automatically sent out to the email address provided. Don’t see it in your inbox? Take a quick peek at your spam just in case. Reaching out is always an option.
Transit time will vary but do expect 1-3 business days anywhere in the United States. If it’s an international order transit time may vary depending on customs. Now, please expect 3-8 business days.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Yes you may. We do tend to be pretty quick at fulfilling but chances are you will have at least a 3-5 hours before the package leaves our facility. Please contact at info@johannwolff.com or use our contact form.
COULD I TRY YOUR SUNGLASSES IN STORE?
Sure thing! For now though we are only in the Miami area. If you are a local please click here to be directed to our retailer list.
I LOVE MY NEW SHADES BUT THE FIT IS NOT PERFECT, WHAT CAN BE DONE?
Happy you asked. Every Johann Wolff is made from the highest grade cellulose acetate which can be heated and molded to achieve an optimum fit. Feel free to stop by your friendly local optician to have them molded or contact us to have the frame sent back for a quick tune up.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY OR REPAIRS?
Indeed we do. Not only do we offer lifetime warranty but we offer free accidental replacement in case that mishap creeps up on you. Each frame is limited to one free replacement but lenses can be switched out twice in case of scratches. Just reach out at info@johannwolff.com and we will gladly assist.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SUNGLASSES?
Sure thing. We will gladly accommodate any lens color you’d like or we can actually custom tint something special just for you. Again, just contact at info@johannwolff.com.
